Additionally, we maintain a fully staffed Welcome Center and management office in a high-visibility location on 515, just in front of Wal-Mart.

We employ three cabin checkers and dedicated maintenance people, to ensure your property is always at its best. 1.  Do I feel like my home is in the best possible hands?

You should feel completely comfortable with your property management team.  A great manager retains not only a professional and outgoing attitude but a caring one as well.  We treat each and every home as if it were our own.   Everyone on the Blue Sky Cabin Rentals staff is extensively trained and screened to ensure the safety and security of your home.

2.  Will the property manager be available when there is an issue with my home?

Blue Sky Cabin Rentals will always be available should you have a concern about your home.  As homeowners, we can relate with those concerns and completely understand them. 

3.  Is my home going to get marketed fairly?

We believe in fair marketing for all of our homeowners. Every home in our inventory will be aggressively marketed the exact same way. 4.  Are the property management fees competitive to other local companies?

Blue Sky Cabin Rentals utilizes high performing Search Engine Optimization Teams. This ensures that we stay high on the search engine rankings to stand out from our competition. Not only do we utilize these Search Engine Optimization teams, but we advertise aggressively in other means as well. We maintain the North Georgia Welcome Center and a office with very high visibility.  We have a Facebook Fan page with over 10,000 fans.

6.  Is my property management team local and familiar with the area?

The owner and staff of Blue Sky Cabin Rentals are residents of the North Georgia Mountains and Gilmer County.  Many of us were born and raised in Ellijay.  The mountains are our home and we are excited to have the opportunity to share our love of this area and the outdoors with others.

7.  Who is going to have access to my home?

Your home is an investment and we want to protect that investment for you.  At Blue Sky Cabin Rentals, the only access to your home is by our "inhouse" housekeeping staff and property management.  We do not allow unattended access to third parties (e.g..handyman, utility companies).  Each home has its own key code that only Blue Sky Cabin Rentals uses to access the home.  This code is changed frequently to ensure the security of the home. 

8.  Am I going to just become another cabin in a long list of rentals?

Our goal at Blue Sky Cabin Rentals is to grow our inventory with special and unique cabins.We look for cabins that have spectacular mountain top views,water front,water views or are secluded.Every time a new cabin is added to our program our advertising budget goes up.The bottom line is we take very good care of our cabins and we keep them rented.Please call us as we would love to have the opportunity speak to you personally about your cabin.
